Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Vortex, thanks for the offer but I'm over the worst of it. Antibiotics are my friend!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Ouch! That's a cat that should be tranqed or shut away in another part of the house when you visit, Toddson.

Am still gronk.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

for billytea, in case you haven't found it on your own.

Thanks for that. I did, by going through Bitches archives, but it's still appreciated.

Thrive to spite them

I skipped about 250+ posts, so this is from way back---

Erin you asked if I'd googled dragonflies. I have, I found some images I like but not 100% to put them on my skin and I'm not sure if I want something more natural or stylistic. Maybe somewhere between.

Toddson - I hope your hand heals quickly.

Yesterday I went to my first belly dancing class, actually American Tribal, but it was fun. I felt like a total spaz because I couldn't get the front and back movements at all.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

askye, the first bellydancing class I took was American tribal, and trust me -- it's normal to feel like a spaz at first. A lot of the moves feel counterintuitive, and/or it seems impossible to isolate the specific part that you need to move. But soon it'll all click.

Thrive to spite them

I'm hoping it will. I had a lot of fun, it was a small class of about 8 women and then after the class was the level 2 class, & they were all rehearsing for a performance on Saturday (there's a benefit for the women's shelter here) so I got a look at costumes and more advanced moves. The women seem really comfortable in their skin -- all different sized women wearing tops that show off their bodies.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

And I catch up in time for

It does make the phrase "I'm in my bunk," feel a little TMI-ish , though.
