In interesting Identity Theft news, it turns out 3 of my coworkers have been victims of identity theft in the past month. 4 people out of 50 having problems is enough for a problem in my eyes. Our CFO is completely freaked out and is trying to figure out what happened. It looks like old records (at least a year old) were compromised, but we're not sure which ones or how.
ChiKat, that's awful. Ooh, I'd be extra pissed.
By the by, LJ seems to be back for me, now.

Perkins, they're not very well-constructed. Or so I've been told by people who would know.
Plus, they are glitter.
I honestly don't think any of my coworkers stole information, but I do wonder about the company who does our shredding or if someone threw something away by mistake that should have been shredded.
Perkins, I like the concept of those shoes, but they look like they were dipped in Modge Podge and covered in glitter. Which then means you'd probably leave a trail of glitter in your wake. Not a bad thing, really, but then your shoes would end up nekkid.

Hey, some glitter shoes are just fine. Especially black glitter shoes. Or red glitter ballet flats.
So it looks like I'll be in Cincinnati in November for a couple of weeks. My old grad school has asked me to come back and do the sound design for their fall musical.
