My life is full of lamb this week. Everyone in the country will be grilling a whole one this weekend for Easter. I'm holding myself to a Garlic Roast Leg of Lamb with apple-mint sauce.

I like mint myself. Choc-mint is of the yum, but I think my favourite use is mint sauce to have with roast lamb.

Whee, new thread! I was away from the computer pretty much all of yesterday, I had some issues that caused me to not sleep all the night before (Monday) and be in a great deal of pain Monday night into Tuesday afternoon. So, I missed work and basically stayed in bed. Everything's back to normal now though, which is SUCH a relief.
Would like to request some job~ma at about 11:30 EST. Or at least, for-the-love-of-all-that-is-good-please-make-a-decision-
