Big stop just to renew your license to companion. Can I use companion as a verb?

Spike's Bitches 30: Going on Thirteen

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Compassionately intolerant

Cindy, is zipcar or flexicar an option for a little while? It's not free, obviously, but for emergancies or days when you can plan all your errands together, it might help to fill in the blanks until your mom's car becomes available.

How tedious to have this stressor on top of living such a busy life. May it be eased soon!

[once again thanking my luckiest stars I live in a place where I can walk/metro to everything I need and haven't had a car expense-except for filling up my friend's cars-in 10 years!]

Punishingly Intricate

Pictures of the Uke-y Stardust gig.

Hey! You performed with Tippy Canoe!! I know her.

also, I washed my bathroom rugs last night and it made me irrationally happy. Today, I know, I'll get home and they'll be all rumpled up from the dog's new habit of trying to make a nest in the bathroom and they won't nearly be as clean and fluffy. sigh. stupid impermanence...

I love getting into a bed that has newly clean sheets, but I prefer that the sheets be put on by the sheet fairy.

I'm getting the pig!

Car troubles definitely ping me differently than any other kind of stress and it's difficult to explain... so I won't try, but all kinds of car ~ma to you, Cindy. I hope a great solution pops up relatively soon.

Great pics, sj!! The nephews are indeed adorable. How're you feeling this morning? You okay?

I'm fairly independent and enjoy doing most things for myself but if it's a big project (like moving) and I have people around that I know would be glad to help, I'll ask for help. I especially like it when peeps just offer and I don't have to ask at all.

So very much this. I usually have to corral the cat into the spare room and put the dog outside before I can even attempt to make the bed from scratch. The cat likes to hide under the sheet as I'm tucking it in (flat or fitted) and the dog thinks he should lay on top of each new layer put on the bed. Very annoying. And kinda sorta cute. But still annoying.

Honestly? I feel like my heart is being ripped out. I'm going to get my hair done in a little while. Maybe that will help to relax me.

Always Anti-fascist!

Boggled by all y'all corset wearing people...most of the time I think I don't want people to look at me that much. But, crap, they do anyway. Wearing my shirts too big isn't going to make people think I walked in, I suppose.

What is even happening?

I don't think I have the courage to corset up, erika. I don't have any place to wear one, anyhow. My life is too non-corsetty.

Right, so give them a better reason to stare. At least that is the attitude I am trying to adopt.
