Aw, thanks guys!
I think it is much worse than I thought, becuase my doctor said that I looked like I got mauled by a lion. He also said I did a good job cleaning the wounds, using only soap and water and H2O2, so he didn't really touch them. I am supposed to call him directly if I get a fever, chills or red streaks in my skin.
Those photos are great, amyth--but there was one really cute one of you, with the coffee mug (I think you made an icon of it) and I feel like there were a couple others--didn't we take one of the ultimate-in-geekery breakfast table, after our all-night SPN fest?
Gabe took the one of me with the coffee mug with his camera. You can find it here.
The ultimate-in-geekery one somehow never got uploaded. I just found it in my iPhoto. Insent. There weren't really any others (from my camera, anyway) just a few I took of you and smonster reading the Paddywhackles aloud in English accents that I took without a flash, so you can't see who's who.
Hee. That weekend was so much fun.
I found out this afternoon -- around 4 PM -- that I'm once again 'temporarily' transferred to the QA department -- as of tomorrow. Nice way to give me and my coworkers notice that I need to wrap up all the projects I've got underway in like an hour and a half more of work time.
At least this time they won't keep me waiting around most of a work week before 'my' computer is all set up, since in theory it should still be set up. Unless they reimaged it and gave it to somebody else while I was gone....
Sorry, Theo. I remember you were saying that might happen. Yuck.
I just went and bought a tempurpedic mattress. Which will be delivered tomorrow. Which is the same day that the rest of my new furniture will be delivered.
WOOHOO!! NEW FURNITURE!!!
It will all be awesome. No listening to doubting little inside your head voices.
Oh, and I went to 1-800-mattress, and they didn't make me sing the song to buy something.
Tom, you forgot to leave the last "s" off for savings.
woohoo for new furniture!
I don't even know what to believe in anymore.
