I ended up getting the Looza nectar. I had a complete block trying to remember the brand name, but that's what browsing in meatspace is for. I also got two bottles of $7.99 sparkling wine after noticing that the bottles I had were closer to $20 a pop (so to speak), and I'm not really going to shell out THAT much money for a brunch.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Yeah, that would be ridic. I feel the same way about the tequila that goes in margaritas.
so if you didn't get anything sign up already!
I think I am signed up. I've got the list bookmarked and I was able to look at your most recent post. Only I've got my profile set for digest, so I'll probably get the e-mail tomorrow. I was going to set it to send with every message, but I've forgotten my password so I can change my profile. Oops. Good thing there's an e-mail reminder for forgotten passwords.

Yeah. I have sipping tequila that costs a bunch, and if I liked the company I might shoot it with them too. But there's definitely lower-rent tequila for mixing.
I have a similar hierarchy for rum. If it's worth drinking slowly, it's probably too much for your standard mixed drink.
I did get freshly squeezed orange juice and the expensive peach nectar though. That seemed a better use of money.
you did exactly right - the jucies will mask any sublty in the wine - and a good jucie makes them better
Ok, brenda. It hasn't bounced yet.
Sail, you're the digested one, huh? I wasn't entirely sure what that meant.
I wasn't entirely sure what that meant.
Digested posts are compiled either once a day or when a certain number of messages is reached, whichever comes first. I'm used to faster moving boards where I might get at least one digest a day with up to 25 posts in it. I don't think I need to worry about that with the midwest list.
According to Friendster, today is Sean's birthday. Happy birthday Sean!!!!!1!
Jon, it's also Sean's birthday according to the Buffista Calendar (what are the odds?)! And exactly why I skipped all the way here to post wishes for him, for a great day and a wonderful year!
Happy Birthday Sean! It was wonderful to see you in SF. You looked absolutely glowing. I'm thinking this has to do with S being in your life. Too little time with you both, but I'm glad I had a few moments to visit with you.
