You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Cass and I are watching this week's House. This is

Your brain on drugs? Spinal Tap? Not a love song?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

See, Jordan is a jumpy scissor-hands kitty. And I am clumsy and make noise.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Ah, yes, that was rather I don't even have a word wasn't it.

I am up because I have had tea. The tea had caffeine, and so, not so much with the sleeping, although I seem to be becoming drowsy now.

The whole caffine thing and it keeping you up because you drank it too late at night.

Either that or it was a faintly ditsy thing to do.

Sorry, just watched three episodes of House back to back to back.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Well, caffeine having an effect is relatively new, but I knew it would have at least some effect. I shall be working until 11 tomorrow night, and I need to be on a bus at 6 am (I'm going to try for the bus, and only drive if I can't manage it) on Saturday, so my sleep schedule will be pretty blown in the near future in any case.

The three most recent?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Perkins, I was tired.

And look at me now, with the wide awake.

See how that works?

Our wings are not tired.

It is that time of year. Last day of school is Wednesday. I want to get the teachers gifts. Any and all suggestions are appreciated. The boys will make personalized cards over the weekend.

Bobby has 3 male teachers he loves. He hates his female teacher and he won’t be seeing her again because they have stopped switching classes. I won’t force him to give her something.

Brendon wants to give gifts to his coaches and one other male teacher. Two women on his list. He said the librarian has always been really nice to him and he likes his female computer teacher a lot. The gifted coordinator at his school is a real sweetheart too. She went to every sporting event and cheered her lungs out.

It is tough to figure out something that will let them know we appreciated them and yet still be affordable since we are talking 10 gifts here. Ideas?
