re: Audrey on 24: Her arm was badly cut, but she got treated (there was a scene with her and Jack in the CTU clinic). I assume she was OK, after that. Hey -- if Jack's heart can stop for a minute, and then he can get up and run around for the next bunch of hours, surely Audrey can recover quickly from a mere knife wound!
I think that all of McCrane's characters should be killed by vengeful helicopters.
But he played Pete Conrad in From the Earth to the Moon! You can't kill off Pete Conrad (especially since he's already dead, IIRC).

Heck, didn't Tony get blowed up this season, causing serious damage to his skull, and end up half a day later walking around for a few minutes before he was killed by an actual assassin, instead of his MASSIVELY LIFE-THREATENING INJURIES?
