I watched it in fits and starts, because of kid issues. Thank goodness
they didn't kill Aaron.
I wondered if
Jack was going to be bagged because the Petty Officer saw him kill Christopher.

24 QUESTION:
Did McHottie bite it earlier in the season?
I have seen all the episodes (I think) but can't remember.
Sumi, I had the same "huh" moment. Which in reality was a continuity moment, now that I think about because
if she'd known he was still a spy, THAT would have been the retcon (or error). Very sad about Jack, but at least he got to take down Arvin with his last breath. Somewhat sad about Spymommy too, but mainly because I was hoping that they would just leave her semi-redeemed per the end of last season. Even Sark gets less of a raw deal than Spymommy.
Question: did we ever find out
what horizon was going to do? I gotta assume some imortality thing, but then what about the pool that Arvin fell into. With the Prophet 5 resources, I can almost see why she'd want to take out DC and London - at least it's a lot more sense-making an evil scheme than chock-full-o-zombies a la Sonia Braga last year - but it seemed a bit extreme for the level of evil Spymommy's usually displayed. She's always seemed more of a Sark/Payton (Peyton?) mercenary sort than a moo-ha-ha-harbinger of evil.
24 QUESTION
I've been asking that for weeks and I haven't heard an answer yet. I'd just like a throwaway mention, at least, apart from
the line from Mike last night, which didn't tell us anything. Was Wayne shot at some point? I did miss one episode - the one
where Heller confront Logan about the tape while stupidly holding Jack and Audrey at the airport.
I'd also at least liked confirmation that the
aide to the FLOTUS and her daughter got offed, rather than just having to assume it.
Heh. From the TWOP recaplet of 24, it's funny cause it's true:
Logan is about to leave so he can be at the airport when David Palmer's body is flown out. But his wife, his Chief of Staff, and the former head of his Secret Service detail resolve to work together to stall him and give Kiefer time to arrive and do his thing. Luckily for Novick and Aaron, FLOTUS is the only one who actually has to have sex with her husband.
Frank,
Something makes me think
The FLOTUS aide and daughter lived. I saw those episodes, but disremember what happened or why I think that, except that it seemed to me Christopher was disinclined to hurt them, and more inclined to just use them to get what he wanted and terrify them if need be. Re McHottie, I remember he and the bank manager were with Jack at the bank, when Jack got the recording out, and I seem to recall him being at the airport one of the times with Jack, and that he had a gun, but I can't remember for the life of me, if we knew his fate.
Too much happens for me to keep track, and I never watch more than once.
I'm a little miffed that we didn't see any more about
Not!Dr.Romano and the big guys working with Logan.
I wonder if they'll come into play next season.
Cindy -- I think so because ultimately,
Not!Romano
must have been
working for the Chinese.
Oh, and on ALIAS, much as I enjoy
seeing Amy Acker be all badass with the machine guns, given past history of how Sloane deals with business associates, wouldn't the ultra-seekrit, sooper-duper-powerful crime syndicate check for weapons, especially if Sloane a) called the meeting and b) then sent a minion in his place?
I know, I know, it's ALIAS, but that was beyond the call of stupidity.
Bleargh. Am back from F2F. Have skipped 500+ posts.
Have read whitefont. Have not watched shows. Am spoiled! Whee!!!
When come back, bring pronouns.
Ah, but Frank, you underestimate the
super duper magic briefcase the weapons were in!
I'm sitting here doing some cleaning out of my computer -- emails and stuff. I should be cleaning out my apartment, but both things have to get done eventually, right?
