What is even happening?

Oh! I saw that on TV last night, sara. Who's selling that, again? Cheese and gravy seems...ill advised.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Cheese and gravy seems...

like poutine.

I think it must be KFC. And you KNOW I'll eventually end up there and tell them to leave off the gravy. It's...sick!

Boomtown Rats [link]
Oo. I have a whole DVD of Boomtown Rats videos already (what?!), but if Banana Republic is up there, and anyone can explain it to me, I'd appreciate it. Because even by 80s standards, wtf?

Oh, Christ--I don't eat that crap. It's salt and fat and too little potato.

It's just a little snicker. Just a wee one, I swear.

But you were influenced! You provided a nationally-honored wretch of a dish!

Ok, I'll give you little credit. IF YOU NEVER IMBIBED.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

I have to weigh in and say that the KFC bowls are FG.

I have no problems with any of the ingredients. In fact, KFC gravy is pretty much the only time I eat gravy.

I admit--I did imbibe. But not until I'd moved away, I promise.
