Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think you need a full nap weekend.

Maybe sometime right after never. Though I should probably have Memorial day off both day job and krav. Sadly my reflex response to that is "Kettlebell!"

My adductors hurt this morning. Not sure how that happened.

And FUCK I forgot my migraine abortives in my gym bag. I need a live-in nanny, I swear.

Off to heat up lunch.

I am in library. I'll look and see if they have a book on "taking care of yourself".

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

Speaking of libraries, I just emailed Sparky to see if she wants to be my first intracampus lunch companion. (Ooh! Sounds so spicy!) Am filling out forms, trying to orient myself to new procedures and things, feeling guilty for still buffistaing and dwsing, trying to get work done as well.

Librarian Warlord

Alas, no can do lunch, Spidra. And now our stacks person has handed me pages ripped out of a book -- said pages are clearly made of pre 1850 paper, and some of it is in law French -- so I need to try and figure out wherefrom they were ripped.

And if I find the person who did this, I will rip into him/her...

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

However, there is jasmine soap awaiting its journey to you. I just have to check with Perkins as to your mailing address. I'll also be extra-vigilant about not letting her sneak anything extra into the package, 'cause I'd hate for you to open a package from me expecting jasmine soap and find jasmine soap plus, like, Carrot Top wrapped in bacon or some such. 'Cause Perkins is just that way.

HEY!!!!

Pregnancy makes JZ MEAN!

hip deep in pie

Hope you did better than you think!

Thanks, I'm kind of in the middle about the job. If I don't move onto the next round, it means I would get to avoid tough decisions.

Yikes!

For anyone keeping track, the wheat-free shrimp quinoa pilaf from TJ's is pretty good. Not good enough to stop me wanting a lemon square, but still pretty good.
