"Fruity" flavors are just indicators of slight sweetness in some way. "It has a lot of fruit" = little sweet. "Oaky" - drier, not sweet, slight woody astringency. "Buttery" - doesn't mean tastes like butter but a smooth mouthfeel. It's all code!
I see. Although I think the yellowtail merlot really does taste like cherries. And I would not want a big bell pepper on my nose either!

One of my favorite wine blogs linked to a story of the history of the Yellow Tail company a while back, and it pleased me no end to find out that the best-selling wine in North America got that way just by tasting good.

I find a lot of the time, if you just smell the wine, you can really see what they're saying (I had something the other day that really did smell like apricots, like the menu said), but drinking it, you don't notice so much.
Today, I need to: go to the post office, have a phone interview, pick up my parents at their hotel, and go to my school's graduation. (!!!!!)

How can they mess with the OTP of Lily and Marshall?!?!
I don't think they will in the long run -- IIRC, in an interview one of the creators said that Lily and Marshall are essentially him and his wife (and also that his wife wouldn't agree to be turned into a character on the show unless he promised to try to get Alyson Hannigan to play her). So I really can't imagine the show permanently breaking up the avatars of its very own RL OTP. I hope.
I'm so pissed I missed half of HIMYM, due to the stupid president.
