Hey, I've been in a firefight before! Well, I was in a fire. Actually, I was fired from a fry-cook opportunity. I can handle myself.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Um, I can try... Anna-Syd got to Vaughn and was all lovey dovey with him, talking about the baby, etc. Real Syd knows what's happened, or at least that she's been compromised. Anna-Syd and Vaughn go, um, somewhere, and hold up a jewelry store or something to get into the building next door that has... some documents to do with something or something? Turns out Vaughn knew it wasn't the real Syd all along, snarks at Anna about being a good kisser, the real Syd shows up and kills Anna. Then I forget what else. Or who else.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

OOh, fun. Thanks Jesse!

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

I am in a good mood. So maybe I stole it from the rest of you.

I have no idea why this would be, cruise lady!

I wouldn't have minded the jury Q except..I dunno, first, it was this vague threat of sanction that I highly doubt is real. And I just got busy at work. Also it's not for a particular case-- I've actually participated in using those for a voir dire, which was extremely helpful.

And now I've watched Top Chef, and I'm thinking... With Dave's whole "I don't cook like this, I don't cook fast," does he actually work in a restaurant? How the fuck can you not get a meal together in a half hour in a restaurant? I mean, I know a lot of stuf is pre-prepped and whatever, but still. I don't get it.

I've enjoyed Top Chef up until this episode. Clearly Tiffani lost the challenges, and yet they booted Dave for tv ratings.

Edit to whitefont spoilers.

You should spoiler-font that, Eddie. (Awesome, thanks.) But also, he didn't complete all of the challenges! That's a huge problem.

Yes, but what about Stephen using fresh herbs instead of dried? He won that challenge.

Possibly I didn't see that one. I'm not saying you're wrong, but I do think Dave makes great TV, sometimes better than Tiffani, especially if she's going to be all Miss Not-Busting-On-Other-People-At-Table like she was this time.

Yeah, Dave is a bit of a drama queen... the outcome just seemed a bit fixed to me.
