Actually, I was thinking it would be sort of like a pet. You know, we could...we could name her Trixie, or Miss Kitty Fantastico, or something.

Cass, did you see my edit? I have to log off for now to finish preparing a lesson. "See" you in your morning, then, OK?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Good lessoning! Talk with you soon.

when have you met an online friend in face-space for the first time? In what circumstances? How did it work out? Did you keep in touch later?
From here actually. Since I am planning to head for San Francisco in a few days, I am going to say it worked out well enough.

I should be more witty and specific but my not!tired is being confused by hungry so I need to go make a snack and then bonk myself over the head to induce the sleepies.

But - and this is a key point - not hard enough to bruise myself, which I did last night trying to get rid of a headache from it being way too hot. Bruised my temple. It hurts, but it barely shows. Which bodes well for not trying to convince people that someone else is abusing me while not addressing the "I bruised the side of my head with my thumb??????" issues at all.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I loved Dennis Leary and Jon Stewart together, it's obvious they're friends from way back. And Leary pulling out all those random videos and CDs! Now that's the way to start my morning, as well as checking out the basement and deciding that it's laundry-safe.

Now I just have to get a shower, get some breakfast, and get me to work and back....

I had a headache last night and crashed at 9PM. I missed House. Was it the season finale?

No -- finale is next week! I was kind of "eh" on this episode, FWIW. However, next week looks exciting.

Cripes -- I have to start some laundry, eat breakfast, and get a small number of chores done before I leave for the day! ::vanishes in a puff of haste::

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Happy Birthday Vortex!

Denver is nice! And Sunny! I am hungry! They haven't fed us yet! I am a mile high!
