And Kaylee, what the hell's goin' on in the engine room? Were there monkeys? Some terrifying space monkeys maybe got loose?

The Post and Salon should both be beaten. Although Salon should be beaten much more severely for not even bothering to look at a primary source.

This is the actual report, which came out a month ago. It's all quite insidious.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

So far the choices for where to relocate me seem to be an actual attorney office with a window, or the old utility closet.

I vote office with a window! I get a vote, right?

You know, I haven't been in a big office building for so long (school = small building, most previous jobs too) that I've been surprised by all the no-window offices I've seen in the past week, occupied by people with relatively high-up jobs. Stupid real world!

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

That's how my office is. All the offices are in the inner part of the office, no windows. All the cubes are in the outer part of the office and have windows.

It's nice to let people in cube-land see the light!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

My last (pre-school) job had no cubicles. It was a big old building that was built as an orphanage, and had been converted back in the day, so each floor had a big hall down the middle, with little warrens of offices here and there off the hall. My department was mostly in a suite that had an outer reception area and four offices, three of which had windows, and two of which were tiny. Not the way things would be done today, I'm sure.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

When I got out of the subway on my way home from work, there was ORB. I think I saw some people falling to their knees to worship it....

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Good News - I got everything on my shopping list taken care of today, and I have shiny bright pink nails on toes and fingers.

The more I think about it, I think I may need to do some graduation afternoon drinking as well.
