Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

At least the New York freecycle thing is a yahoogroups mailing list.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

This is kinda sad:

Several hit TV series of the past, including WKRP in Cincinnati, The Wonder Years and Beverly Hills, 90210, have not been released on DVD because they contain popular music on their soundtracks and the producers did not purchase rights to use the songs for home-video, the Wall Street Journal reported today (Friday). Owners of the shows have since learned that relicensing the rights now is either too expensive or too difficult to negotiate. Sony has produced DVD versions of four seasons of Married ... With Children, but without the theme, Frank Sinatra's "Love and Marriage," because it was unable to reach a licensing deal for it, the newspaper said.

However, it renews my amazement that Miami Vice is out on DVD.

Okay. New project #2 meeting went okay. Now I have to see what Boss² wants to do about #1. If it's not too urgent (ha!) I might get that nap after all. Worst comes to worst, I get a walk away from perfume lady.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I would very much like it to be 4 hours and 17 minutes from now.

Can someone arrange it for me?

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

That seems incredibly short-sighted of the owners of the rights -- a popular DVD is only going to generate interest in their music and an unpopular one seems unlikely to do them harm.

However, it renews my amazement that Miami Vice is out on DVD.

miami vice probably had the foresight to secure the rights.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Perkins, come here and you'll have two hours taken care of.

I know people who are afraid Supernatural will never be released on DVD for that same reason.
