Theo, I know what you mean. I'm on five week (!!!) tape delay. (Did you know House and Bones love carrots?)

They have to be doing better than the Royals.
Indeed they are, thanks for cheering me up! ::coughs:: Haven't the Jays been better than the Royals pretty much every year since George Brett retired?
There's no leave of grass left without hummus, no lawn free of barbecueing, no kid left to wander off without a pita.
Nilly, I love this so much -- it's like 75% of what Independence Day is like here, but then 25% not. Although I bet a lot of picnics here do have hummus and pita, it's just not what we would invoke to describe it.
The baggy-pants thing reminds me of something I was thinking about the other day. From high school to college, I switched from skin-tight jeans and big shirts to bigger jeans and body suits, and I wonder if that was a general style transition or more due to my switched context.

Yeah, but really, that isn't saying much.
The good thing about a serious tape delay is that you have that much less time to wonder what's going to happen next season.
House? Carrots? I'm thinking nsm, given his initial response to Wilson's stuffed bell peppers

I think that was a general style transition. I seem to recall the girls I knew in the highschool/college years doing the same thing.
Tom's Top Chef Blog is fascinating. I do think it's kind of bullshit to make the decision just on the last challenge, and not on performance overall through the competition.
Jesse, I think it was a general style shift in the early-mid nineties.

It was so fast! For such a flip-flop, I mean.
