Y'all see the man hanging out of the spaceship with the really big gun? Now I'm not saying you weren't easy to find. It was kinda out of our way, and he didn't want to come in the first place. Man's lookin' to kill some folk. So really it's his will y'all should worry about thwarting.

information libertarian

What astonishes me the most is the apparent unconcern about the basic inability to walk when your pants are literally belted below your ass. Also, I do NOT NEED to see your underpants that much. A stripe of boxers at the waist I can handle (not handle handle), but your full backside in oxford-striped baggy glory? Spare me!

Of course, yesterday at the mall we saw a young sort of punky guy wearing ripped shorts, which were ripped in such a way that from behind it was very very obvious that he was wearing black bikini underpants. Things I do not need to know...

Is all knee pain osteoarthritis, though? I'm asking in all seriousness becuase I've been having problems with my knees (along with other leg/foot issues) since I was in college, but from everything I've found, it is most likely due to walking with flat feet w/out arch support for decades. I've got some arthritis in my feet, but my other problems all stem from the lack of arch or the ankle I seriously sprained 15+ years ago that's been weak (and probably seriously re-sprained at least twice) ever since.

Thanks for the info guys. I still have no idea what's causing the knee pain, but it started when I was kneeling on site for months at a time and hasn't gone away. The doc this morning said there's "nothing structurally wrong" with them though, so that's encouraging.

I wouldn't think so. It's a specific disease. I mentioned the NIH study because I think it was the first comprehensive study of the effectiveness of glucosamine on any kind of pain.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

It seems that other countries have judges wackier than ours....

MANILA (Reuters) - A Philippine judge who claimed he could see into the future and admitted consulting imaginary mystic dwarfs has asked for his job back after being fired by the country's Supreme Court.

"They should not have dismissed me for what I believed," Florentino Floro, a trial judge in the capital's Malabon northern suburb, told reporters after filing his appeal.

Floro was sacked last month and fined 40,000 pesos ($780) after a three-year investigation found he was incompetent, had shown bias in a case he was trying and had criticized court procedure, a ruling showed.

He told investigators that three mystic dwarfs -- Armand, Luis and Angel -- helped him carry out healing sessions during breaks in his chambers.

C'mon - Angel ran a law firm for a year - his advice has gotta be worth something....

I guess Lestat wasn't available then?

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Timelies,

So Alias and Lost were both deathalicious last night. I wonder if JJ needed to get some aggression out after working with Tom Cruise.

ION, I think I'm come done with something. My throat is sore in that right before a nasty cold way. Which means, since I'm going to a Con tomorrow, I'm apparently going to be a generator of Con Plague instead of a recipient this year. Joy.
