Shit's all sorts of different now.

What's a Cinco de Mayo bridge?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I may or may not go to a party tonight. Am currently leaning toward not, as my eyelid is twitching, I think from lack of sleep, so I should just go to bed early. Other than that, I'm working on the freelance job and the thesis. Yay fun?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Good luck, sara.

So, it was my super knocking on my door the other morning, and it was a plumbing issue. But I don't have a problem, so whatevs.

Hmmm, I need to track down the internet cable I bought in DC in case the hotel has high-speed access that's not dependent on wireless.

Flight info printed out? check.
Hotel confirmation number printed out? check.
Black dress pants purchased in capitulation to new larger waist size? check.
Incriminating files hidden and laptop desktop switched from naked pro skateboarder to drawing of scenic countryside? check.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Good luck Sara, and MK.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I will be thinking happy catnippy thoughts towards Mister Kitty.

Other than that, I have no plans.

Huh.

My lunch nap took the sting off my sleepiness. Weird that, but there was a sting. Now I'm not my perkiest, but I'm not fighting to keep my eyes open or anything. I love naps.

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

I was going to go to the DeYoung tonight to see the Arts & Crafts Era exhibition, listen to a lecture about Greene & Greene and see The Frisky Frolics, but I'm feeling very tired. Not exhausted, but kinda weak. Tomorrow I'm supposed to go out to the Conservatory of Flowers for my Mardi Gras Krewe's Spring Frolic. Sunday is the Northern California Ukulele Festival. We'll see how much I manage to go anywhere. I can't figure out whether I'm being depressed or whether I'm sick (I do have a soreish throat).

I hope you get good news (and outcomes) for Mr. Kitty, sarameg.
