I have a full-sized bed. My bedframe is an antique, it was my grandmother's, so I put up with some uncomfortableness when I have company. And, I have a small bedroom. I'm not sure a queen would fit.

Also, I measured myself as well. But I actually think it's better to measure a well-fitting garment, since you're looking at the actual dress measurements.
