I've been trying to exploit Trader Joe's. There's a location between krav and the comic store, so why not? Their flowers have been good, and I've been going through their frozen foods for lunches, and sampling organic fruit.
Most fun so far has been salsa. I started with a tomato-free corn salsa, which was fun. But this past weekend I bought a peach salsa which totally rocks.
Mnnf. The dizziness is abating a bit. Brains are stupid. I've gotten the time sensitive bit of today's work done--hopefully I can spend the rest on training material.
All my sysadmins are eating ice cream and drinking beer. Nothing better go wrong.
(they were kind enough to offer me some, so I've expanded the circle of people who think I'm a beer and ice cream hating freak. Ah well.)
Dizziness sucks, ita. Glad it's abating.
Eek! I got an email for a job interview! Scary. It's OK if I don't choose the possible morning times just because I don't want to get up, right?
Did somebody here have elementary level books to get rid of? I just got an email from UNO looking for donations of books to schools.
(eta: totally okay, Jesse)
OK, I did leave myself open to a possible 9am, but said two afternoon ones were better.
Is this a post-graduation job using all that fancy learning?
Yay for interviews, Jesse!
Grr. I can't get a haircut for THREE FREAKING WEEKS. I don't know how I'm going to last that long. I just can't get out there during the work week.
-t, that was me. What is UNO? and would it matter to them that these are from the 70s?
Is this a post-graduation job using all that fancy learning?
Yes, yes it is. It's three interviews in a row with fancy people. The only thing that slightly wigs me is that I think they are also currently hiring for the position that would be my boss.
