These girls have the most beautiful dresses. And so do I -- how about that?

Always Anti-fascist!

I just had one, too. Weird, huh?

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I actually bought espadrilles. They're for the 2nd job (serving in a tapas bar), but still. Weird. But they're cute. And are a wedge style that won't make me fall over. So that's good.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Our Easter sermon was all on Hope.

Ours was about the resurrected Christ living in those around us and how we treat them.

Allyson, I think you should go get a piece of pie. Pie is always a good thing.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

More good things:

The nano playing Skee- Lo's I wish, followed by the Boomtown Rat's I don't like Mondays.
(yes, sometimes I am strange and off-putting)

The fact that I am only 3 hours away from going home, instead of four.

What is even happening?

Our Easter sermon was all on Hope.

Ours was entitled, "Rolling Stones."

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I didn't get an Easter sermon. But I read some editorials on why nuking Iran would be bad.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Well, so far my birthday's been an ordinary day.(That's what happens when you have to work) G's taking me out to dinner when he gets home. It'll be a steakhouse, since steak is a "safe" choice.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I had sushi today, which was good. I am going to a screening tonight, which hopefully will be good. (The Death of Mr Lazarescu, about which my first impression was "My god that's going to be the most depressing movie ever" until I saw the trailer, which was all "The #1 comedy of the year!!" Of course, that's the #1 comedy in Romania, so who knows. Should be interesting.)
