All right, no one's killing folk today, on account of our very tight schedule.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I went out, to TJs. It was nice, but now I'm home, and need to decide what to do with the rest of the day. I'm thinking Sneakers, a nap, and some cleaning.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think it's cool that people go to theatres and symphonies (I really don't--the closest I get is going to a comedy show), no matter what they're wearing.

But it is cooler if it's an event, through and through. Something grand...

I think I'd be more stickly about the house of worship thing, but like Jesse said--clergy might have different priorities.

Still with the lassitude. But my apartment's tidy and the most I have to do is decide how to cook the pork chops and asparaguse I've set aside for tonight's dinner.

I think I'll just get another glass of ginger ale and black raspberry juice, and lassitude it a little bit more.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

It's nice if people dress better to go to the theatre, but honestly as long as they've paid for a ticket I don't care what they wear.

I do realize I'm reactionarily judgmental about this.

I'm getting the pig!

Dear chocolate bunny who is no longer sitting on my coffee table,

It's a shame we didn't have the chance to get to know each other better. Life has a plan for all of us though, and it's unfortunate, but in your case, that plan was to taste of rich chocolatey goodness. This ultimately led to your demise. You understand.

Anywhoo, rest in peace and all that. Oh, and please try to get along with the rest of the crap I've eaten today. I'm already dealing with a severe shortage of chocolate and I think a tummy-ache on top of that would send me over the edge.

Yummy love,

Me

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I do realize I'm reactionarily judgmental about this.

And I'm financially dependent on the ticket buyers so I'm not entirely impartial either.

Where's Different Strokes Jesse now?

I know, I know. I tried! When I said the part about how I guess it's better that people go anyway!

I have other reactionary stances about worship as well, all of which I blame on my fairly hippy-ish church upbringing.

I'm getting the pig!

Great pictures, Tom! I especially liked the one Perkins liked. You look almost mischievous.

I really wasn't feeling the conviction.

I should watch Hustle & Flow tonight. Is there a neologism for sitting on Netflix discs forever? There should be.

I really like the roses I bought yesterday. $13.99 for 25 stems of a fading purple bloom (unnamed on the label). And enough of the two vases of lilies from last week were still pretty enough for me to salvage one vase's worth.

Yes, there should.
