Jeez, don't get all Movie of the Week. I was just too cheap to buy you a real present.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Does anyone have a CALM orange kitty they can mail me?

After my directors insistance that the character of Puss in Boots (a 10second walk on) be played by a woman in a giant orange mascot like cat costume, my joke about the character being played by my orange kitty in little boots... my directyor and designer now want the woman dressed as puss in boots carring my craxy cat across the stage in a boot! Whiel I am a) crossing the stage in th opposite direction as Puss in Boots, playing my character of "woman wih laundry" and b) doing quick changes. There are also 2 pigeons, a lamb and a dog in this show!!!!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Why did you pick Strega?

I need to go rewatch to read the spelling on Supernatural. I thought it was longer than 6 letters, which is why the Wikipedia entry felt right.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I need to go rewatch

Thank heavens for TiVO. I really need to get that one of these days, since half the time I forget a show's on or end up getting home late.

Jesse can! Or at least a mellow attentionhound. I've got a gray tabby, but he might try to hump you. Still really calm, just species and anatomically (no balls left) confused.

ita, try that song that I think is called "Unbelievable." Or at least that seems to be the chorus. Someone inflicted that on me today. I'm sharing.

I think I shall go to bed. My weekend may have reset my schedule even though I stayed up reading past now.

Strega - Apr 09, 2006 5:11:57 pm PDT #9778 of 10001

It's an Andrew Vachss book (and character) which was sitting within eyesight when I was registering at Dawson's Wrap nine million years ago. Strega is a creepy crazy witchy noir-ish broad who scares the fuck out of the protagonist. And is, therefore, entirely unlike me, but what is the internet for if not wish-fulfillment?

I would have used the name of another Vachss character I relate to more, except her name was Belle and that was just such a dopey name. Er, no offense to anyone named Belle.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

My cat is often very calm, it's true. I'm not sure how he'd do in the mail, though.

Food Network Star: AWWW! As long as he had a live audience, he'd be fine! Nice guy. I can't believe they're buying the shtick of that bald guy.

Alibelle and msbelle are looking at you warily now, FTR.

And don't be so hard on yourself! You can totally scare the fuck out of people!

Oh, man, Strega. I like dark, but Vachss was too much for me. I tried a couple, and gave up. Possibly I can't deal with kids in my dark.

See. my kitty still has balls, and is not calm (no time for fixing because of theatre, and is strictly indoor cat)

I was thinking of Homer. And I might be sent to NY to return costume rentals, as plane fare is cheaper than FedEX! So I could return him in person ; )

OK, OK. I'm afraid he won't fit into the flat-rate box, though...
