I just sent the link to matt - poor thing he is in orlando - had to work at 4am , but couldn't sleep wporring about work so work all night. Unlike ND , he needs a lot mor e rechargeing - so I sent him the link and told him typoboy's comment about the gospel of judas. he was driving, perhaps telling him something funny while he is drving and slap happy isn't the best idea. he is heading for a smoothie and sleep.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I'm glad people like the song/video.

I haven't heard anything about it before today. Good video. Good for them.

I hadn't either, but there was an article on it on EW this week. The album isn't out until May 23rd, but this is the first single, which was just released.

I'm hoping it gets at least half of the publicity that the original boycott got.

From the EW article, it seems like a lot of country stations won't play this song, but like the album as a whole. It's still getting some buzz though.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I love the Dixie Chicks.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

That's a great song, Perkins. I'll pass on the link. Even if you don't respect their opinions, I hope people would respect their right to have the opinion.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Well, got Boots to the vet. She's in pretty good shape for a cat her age.(She'll be 15 in September)The only concern is that she lost 3/4 lb since last year, so they took some blood for tests. She's sulking now.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

What on earth possessed me to buy dog chow, a new wine rack, and four bottles of wine on the same trip?

Unrelatedly, sometime while I was in line for the cashier, they apparently moved the store 11.4 miles further from my house.

What is even happening?

The Dixie Chicks song made me cry.

Our wings are not tired.

I saw an interview with Dixie Chicks recently about the new release. They played some of the music in the piece. They were clearly still hurt over the whole issue but trying to go forward and put it behind them.

free wi-fi in SF - but the tracking data - is this a problem ? I can't ever really answer that ...

WE have free wifi at my library - no sign in required, but then the library pays for it, not advertising.
