I knew there was a reason DX was my favorite.
I do remember one character in Steinbeck's Cannery Row, or possibly Sweet Thursday, attempting to make a beer milkshake and being appalled with the results, but somehow stout has a whole different vibe.
ION, there's a lunchtime meeting in the conference room across the hall, and they are flaunting their chocolate cake-having. Little individual slices that the attendees brought from somebody's office in another building, so there won't even be any leftovers afterward. Oooh, I hate them.
