what's the Vermonty Python?
Oh, I meant to tell you. Frank bought a pint of that on Saturday. Looks awesome. It has fudge cows in it.
The black and tan ice cream reminds me of a flavour they used to have around here from "Jeremy's Micro-Batch" ice cream. It was vanilla (or malted milk) with a sweet stout syrup swirl and pretzels. So very good.
Oh, dang, that ice cream sounds good.
I like more weizen than rasberry, but I do want to try it sometime.
I just learned that the word for astronomy in Dutch is sterrenkunde. Which is rather charming. ( ~ star knowledge)

It's definitely not shy about its raspberry flavor, although not to framboise extremes, but it's also nice and dry considering it's raspberry, and not at all perfumey the way I find some fruit beers.
Stout doesn't really smell like beer, though. Coffee/chocolatish overtones, actually.
If I can handle the political implications of drinking black and tans, I think I'll manage to deal with the ice cream.
(Though I don't often, after I noticed that I generally got half way through one and going "want more stout!" Now I just cut out the middle man, so to speak.)

Amy's Ice Cream here in Austin occasionally sells Cream Stout ice cream, which is decent, but not as good as one would hope.
Nothing to see here. Nope. Just another one of the whole sick crew....
Freakin' Barbarians.
Karamel Sutra
is my current favorite Ben & Jerry's flavor.

I guess I would try the beerish ice cream, being an ice cream slut. Can't picture, but that doesn't mean I wouldn't like it, right?
