I'd worried about the Abramoff conviction and DeLay's resignation meaning that the current administration could talk about housecleaning and not be a weight around the necks of Republican candidates come election time, but this is just going to keep snowballing all the way to November, isn't it?

Now, my boss at my regular job is willing to work something out with me, but I am so tempted to not do it. I mean, why am I the one who is always compromising? They have not compromised one inch about the meeting!
Screw that, Sophia. Even if your boss is willing to work something out, it's still going to be an issue, at least in some people's minds, I'd guess. Why put yourself in that position. (Plus, work-okay or not, it's still going to be a pain in the ass.)
