Yep. I've thrown over House for it. And it certainly played that way.
Given the way the FCC has been all nutters lately, I'm oft surprised by some of the stuff network rahrah primetime slips in, and in such a way they can totally get away with that. As I was watching NCIS, I was snorting about how many naked (dead) bodies they show, using a bright light effect to wash out the key parts. Barely.
