Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Poor msbelle. I hope you have something relaxing you can do.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I continue to be just as glad not to have a job.

And I'm even refusing to volunteer for a school event which should be very interesting, but for which volunteers need to be there at 7am, and fuck that noise. If someone begs me specifically (my former boss is heavily involved), I'd consider it, but so far I've only gotten mass emails, and... no.

Always Anti-fascist!

Dude...you know how I'm slash-blind? OK, but I'm not deaf. On House last week House and Wilson had a scene together while Al Green's "Love and Happiness" played. This week it's Otis? That is a love thang.

So, I'm watching the Daily Show, and who is more awesome than Studs Terkel? No one, I swear to god. No one is more awesome.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Gilmore Girls: They made up. Either that or krav maga is way kinkier than I thought it was. I think I sprained something laughing. More seriously, I am so happy that a woman bought the "WE WERE ON A BREAK" thing. It's been a bugaboo for a while. Of course, it's early yet.

Pepper Dennis looks weird.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have to confess that the real thing that will make me quit smoking is my desire to be an awesome ancient person some day, all crumpled up physically, but still sharp as a tack mentally.

He's on tonight? That is awesome, Jesse. He is A Big Damn Hero.

Seriously. Good times. He'll be back on, I'm sure.
