Yeah, it's no good.
My favorite 80s look was the Oxford shirt with loose skinny tie and fedora hat. That's a look I wouldn't mind wearing again. Batwing sleeves and big shoulder pads, however, are a big no.
The current college fashion report: tiny little denim miniskirts, worn with flip-flops, or on rainy days like yesterday with calf-high rubber boots in zany patterns. I am not seeing leggings or 80s jeans here. But then, we are waaaay preppier than many places.

I suppose this means I should run to old navy and buy all the slightly low rise bootcuts I can find in my size before they disappear.
