Oh dear Lord, never have I felt so sorry for a waitress. After I came in and ordered five tapas dishes tonight (not realizing my tiny elfin server would be bringing them all on heavy dinnerplates rather than small appetizer dishes), she got stuck with the couple at the next table over, whose distaff component paused in her constant bragging and name-dropping—using a loud Mira-Sorvino-in-Mighty-Aphrodite voice that made choosing not to eavesdrop impossible, I might add—only to make one special request after another and gripe about the waitress not fulfilling her every whim instantly. I only hope the poor bastard she was with picked up the check so there was a decent tip involved.

I think the reveal at the end of 24 lost some impact on me because my skin was still crawling after that shot of the veep lurking behind the shelves. Ray Wise just creeps me the fuck out.

I just got around to watching Supernatural from a couple of weeks ago. ita, I hope you found a screencap of fresh from the shower Jared Padalecki for the wet men site. And the WWBD moment was too damn funny!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I've heard that Piven's a sleazebag of the highest magnitude.

And I'm not going to get to see 24 before tomorrow.

I really need to check my work calendar to see if I can work from home tomorrow so I can be here when the painter's here.
