The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I agree with msbelle. I only got one more room done, but it was the living room, which was very messy. I neatened, then dusted the wood stuff, then vacuumed and lint brushed the chairs and all of the removeable cushions, then vacuumed. Lunch is being heated now.

After lunch I have to decide if I want to keep cleaning, or put on my tiara and pop some familar dvds in while I do my taxes and maybe clean some more after they are done.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Well, that was exciting.

Joe brought Em and my parents to my work. Emeline was loved by all (as per usual) and she was given a pink bunny Pez dispenser. My mom has taught her how to jump and say, "jump" and now they are headed to the beach while I am here. At work. Bored and getting ready to deal with a disagreeable customer.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I am in a stupid grouchy mood when I really should not be.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Come sit with me. We will watch and insult the world as it goes by and eat frosting out of the bowl.

With our fingers.

And nilla wafers.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

So can you post or e-mail me at profile with links to good lyrics and poems for this purpose?

I suppose Elvis Costello's "Two Little Hitlers" would probably be pushing the envelope a little too much.

John Lennon's "Imagine" is always good for stuff like that, or a lot of his other stuff, really. As for poetry, I have no idea.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have like five (crappy) pages written. Is that enough?! No it is not. I'm supposed to stay here until at least 6, so let's see what I can get done.

Always Anti-fascist!

Oh, yeah "Imagine", We Shall Overcome.

Forsythias are all in the ground, and in the nick of time, because it started raining as I was digging the hole for the last one. Have since taken a shower, and scrubbed off thick layer of mud. Back is still mildly annoyed.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Jesse, I gave up an hour earlier and several sources short of what my goal was. I do not know how this thing will get written. There just isn't enough time or energy in the world.
