I'm confusing myself. If I give my notice on Monday, would my last day be April 14th, or would I have to give notice this Friday for that to work?
Just state your last day will be April 14, no matter when you give it.
or would I have to give notice this Friday for that to work?
I would think this, but I'm not sure - is it two weeks from your last day, or two weeks from the first day you're not at work (when you otherwise would have been)?
