She is a politician, and therefore makes enemies and puts up with bureaucratic crap, but I definitely admire the boldness and intention, even if she can't do it with a wave of her hand.
It'd be worth a couple of bucks to me to even *try* to get a clinic open on the reservation--even if it doesn't happen.
