Saffron: But we've been wed. Aren't we to become one flesh? Mal: Well, no, uh... We're still two fleshes here, and I think that your flesh ought to sleep somewhere else.

Suela, I know a fab landscaper but I'm not sure what your price range is. He's a friend of a friend and I couldn't get him to take a job for me (because I think he knows how strapped I am). But I've seen his work and it's GREAT.

Spidra, how's his pricing? I don't need anything really complex, but I do need fencing, mulching, and removal of my horrible juniper hedges. I'm about to start calling places for bids, so if he's willing to give free estimates, that'd be great.

profile addy should be good if you want to pass along his contact info

I wish I could just go somewhere to get flensed but none of the whaling ships near me take Medicare.

My friend's friend is probably too pricy for that sort of work, but the guy I'm working with now is very reasonable and quite up to that sort of thing. I'll email his info to you.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

No. He's not allowed to use that word. That's our word. Make him take it back.

I've figured out what was up with all the weird droning my friend's two year old was doing this weekend. With this cold (which she gave me) it not only sounds funny, it actually makes your head feel a little better.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Man am I tired. My arms have been slightly numb and too heavy to lift all day. It's a really weird sensation. I'm in a constant state of zoned-out. I feel oogey. Must be the Evian Bird Flu.

Debet articulates what I was thinking.

I went to Best Buy to try to buy a new power cord for my computer, which seems to be shorting out. The Geek Squad window people tested my cord, and that's not the problem, but they did point me to a local computer store that might be able to help. Of course, since I got home, the computer is working fine. Still, to the shop tomorrow. So if I'm dark for a while, it's because my baby's in the shop. Poor thing.

Go nap!

Actually, I think everyone should. In fact, I think I'll grab my sneezy cats and do that soon.

While I'm being a whining ingrate, why do I not have Zubbles yet? Want. Now.
