Overlooking her wasn't a conspiracy before, but by god, it is now.

I, for one, welcome my new elitist reccing overlords.

If I only had a brain...

Coming in late, Fred Friendly was Jewish, although I don't know that *Good Night and Good Luck* called that out.

Grrr.. I thought my state rep was on the nay list for the bill stopping county health clinics from providing contraception to poor women. Turns out that was another state rep with the same name. My rep voted for it. I'm not surprised, my district is one of those blue collar ultra conservative types.

I am so good. I made arrangement to get and oil change and once-over by my mechanic tomorrow morning, and a stay booked for the sugar cat. Now I just have to book a hotel friday and saturday.

Of course, with my luck, it will be sleeting when I drop the car off tomorrow, I'll fall on my ass walking to work, and after all is said and done, I'll wake up friday morning vilely ill with a cold and a sore ass and cancel the whole thing. eta: BUT I could go breath on all the stupidheads and make them ill.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

sarameg, stop that negative visualisation immediately.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Oh -- coolness last night -- there was a Scooba ad on the A&E channel!

The sad thing is, I'm pretty sure this is a headcold. It's following the identical pattern of last August's, which lasted about 10 days. Good thing I just bought more kleenex.

The weather predicted for tomorrow will either be bad enough I cancel the car appointment, or not worth mentioning.

After the power had been out for 45 minues at work, I gave up and came home. It was cold outside. We JUST had the same power outage last week. Good grief!

You know what's weird? Trying to remember the layout of a place you lived for college almost 10 years ago. My range was very small because I didn't have a car for 2 years and then was really busy, so I'm getting all confused about where things are located relative to the college.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.
