Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Oh -- coolness last night -- there was a Scooba ad on the A&E channel!

The sad thing is, I'm pretty sure this is a headcold. It's following the identical pattern of last August's, which lasted about 10 days. Good thing I just bought more kleenex.

The weather predicted for tomorrow will either be bad enough I cancel the car appointment, or not worth mentioning.

After the power had been out for 45 minues at work, I gave up and came home. It was cold outside. We JUST had the same power outage last week. Good grief!

You know what's weird? Trying to remember the layout of a place you lived for college almost 10 years ago. My range was very small because I didn't have a car for 2 years and then was really busy, so I'm getting all confused about where things are located relative to the college.

So, I've just pretty much decided I'm going to be skipping the F2F for the second year in a row. I don't like that. I mean, even without it I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to pay rent, but a trip to the other coast... not going to happen. Dammit. Why can't I have everything?

OK, is it normal for a hotel to have a cancellation charge for a reservation if said cancellation is > 24hrs in advance?

If so, fuckit, I'll find a place if I get there.
