Soups and purees
Prepare as usual; concentrate by using less liquid if possible. Omit potatoes. Cool rapidly, package in rigid containers, leave headspace, and freeze. Or, freeze in clean ice cube trays. When frozen, store cubes in freezer containers or bags.
To prepare: heat without thawing. Cream-based soups should be heated over boiling water and stirred frequently for a smooth texture. Length of freezer storage: 4 to 6 months.
Some times we eat leftovers, sometimes we don't . If I am paying attention we do.

at all the whole episode.

see Donna at all either. Umm, last week's was the first episode this season that I've watched, so I didn't know that it was already known.
I haven't watched WW for two or three season, but I did start watching again because of the whole
John & Donna thing.
