GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Cool, they're the people I'm learning from and whose "prize play" I went to go watch a couple weekends back. Everything I've seen so far, they're a great bunch of people. Which channel was this?

The local Fox affiliate - 12 on cable, 32 on broadcast. It was a great segment, and they did seem like some really neat folks.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I watch WGN (channel 9). They are funnier/sillier than other local morning news channels, I think....

My favorite thing they did was when they hired a new president or something (of the Chicago Tribune, which owns WGN). The weatherman talked his way into the new president's office. We couldn't see it on camera, but the weatherman was saying, "I'm taking off my clothes! I'm sitting naked on his chair!"

Cool. The outside class (through the local community college) I'm taking is a lot of fun, and I was pleasantly surprised to see that the instructors' attitudes were pretty much shared by the rest of the Guild. It's seriously making me consider getting up early on a Saturday morning to drive into the city once the class is done in a few weeks.

So the hot water in my apartment is really hot. As in potential scalding hot. I once measured the temp with a thermometer meant for air temps and it got to 160, but I don't know how reliable that is. Anyway, it is hot and I rarely have issues with running out of hot water for my shower.

Except today. When I really, really, really, really, really needed a long hot shower.

Art Crawl!!!

Okay, I disagree with most PR-watching buffistas about the finale. Oh well. When I watched the show I was expecting to be blown away by Santino's collection -- but the pieces that should have been standouts just seemed off. Could have been the fit issue. Meanwhile, I really liked Chloe's collection much better in movement and Daniel's didn't hold up for me.

Art Crawl!!!

Remember that Oldest Pony story? I googled the story hoping to find that the BBC had picked it up and had a picture.

Instead, I found this website with and even older pony AND a picture.

I checked rationing ended in 1950 so the pony was born in 1947 and if it's still alive would be 59 years old!

Art Crawl!!!

Or maybe not -- 1950 is the date fuel rationing ended. Hmmm.

Okay, I think that the pony (if alive) is 55 -- born in 1951.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

What time of year do air conditioners go on sale? Should we buy now for the summer, or wait until Memorial Day weekend?
