Well, there you are. Carolla is slightly redeemed for his time with Dr. Drew, however I cannot stand The Man Show. Must be said though, it was more tolerable under Carolla and Kimmel, the new one is all the misogyny with none of the self-depricating "thank god you like us" stuff.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
So unhappy Crash won. I think GNaGL was the best of the nominated films, but expected BBM to win.
ita, I think most of the links you made back at the beginning of the watch and post are now incorrect. No one's dress wowed me tons. I was pleased to see several men in white tie.
George Clooney is to swoon.
I think this year the show went a little MTV movie awards and that is not a good thing. Also? WTF with the weird montages. Grease in an "epic" film montage? REALLY?!?!? Cut those out and the show would be closer to ending on time.
You people are confirming my decision not to see Crash. My parents just saw it, and my mom was so blown away, she wants to have a discussion at church about it. @@
I am over the no-color dresses, and thought that Salma's dress did NOTHING for her boobs, except make them look not very good. It made her hips look lopsided, too. Bleh. I can't remember what else. Oh, I still enjoy the Jennifer Garner, and loved Zhang Ziyi's dress.
Oh yeah -- I thought I loved George Clooney as much as possible, but now I love him MORE. If he's reading this, BTW, I'd totally come out to Como for a while if he wants.
If any of you are comet watchers, Comet Pojmanski should be worth a look just before sunrise: [link]
Dude, my ticket to Como is booked, btf UP!
from his speech...the people at the party I was at were all "Hollywood did what exactly for the civil rights movement?"
They gave Hattie McDaniels an award!!!!!!!!!!!!as;lkdja;ld
I love Salma's dress, as always.
While I have heard that Crash is anvilly, I wonder if a movie showing stuff we all know isn't helpful to some people. Maybe stuff that's heavy handed to people who've thought about it for a long time is fresh and new to people who haven't. Or, maybe, it's an ensemble so everyone in the academy knew someone in it.
I dunno, I just spent a week with people who'd have thought Crash wasn't just heavy handed, it didn't even make a dent.
