New KJ Charles - How to Fake It in Society
Literary Buffistas 3: Don't Parse the Blurb, Dear.
There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."
Just finished listening to that last night! I would like more of these characters, please. I’m happy with the ending but I’m so curious about what their lives will be like going forward
Meanwhile I’m still reading HR fanfic (though I figure I’ll read the new Penric on the plane Thursday) and wondering if there’s a limit to the number of subscriptions you can have on AO3 because all the stories are still being written!!
Love the new KJC! (possible spoiler and I forgot how to whitefont--apologies!) Short people, FTW!
New MurderBot today! Truly the publishing gods have been smiling on me - Penric, KJ Charles, and MurderBot all practically simultaneously? While I’m on vacation? Glorious!
Ooh, thanks for the Murderbot heads-up, -t! Just grabbed it. Yay!
According to a newsletter from Cat Sebastian: "I'm nearly done revising Washed Up, the follow up to Star Shipped. It involves ex-best-friends who used to be in a TV show that's…Dawson's Creek meets a sort of prestige Merlin? It's part of the Star Shipped extended universe, where shows get greenlit that in our universe would never see the light of day. It'll be out at some point in 2027. "
Oh, nice. I was wondering how that would become a series, different shows in the same world sounds interesting
