Anya: It's lovely! I wish it was mine! Oh like you weren't all thinking the same thing. Giles: I'm fairly certain I wasn't.

Literary Buffistas 3: Don't Parse the Blurb, Dear.

There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I’m clinging to the hope that this will have an impact on his career and life. I fear that it won’t.

They've already canceled Season 3 of Good Omens and will turn it into a 90 minute movie. Several of his other projects are now canned, but S2 of Sandman will happen.

I think he's persona non grata much like Joss is.

And like Joss he won't have the never-ending ego stroke of pontificating on social media to fawning fans.

Unlike Louis CK he can't just go and sell a concert to his fans who don't care about his crimes. Unlike JKR he doesn't just espouse horrendous ideas, he's actively committed serious crimes.

With some of the revelations I think there's a strong chance he'll be barred from seeing his son.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

GO S3 had to be substantially worked on by someone else (would love to know who) to turn it into said 90 minute movie.

And it's for sure David and Michael as the faces of the project at this point

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

To again save anyone from having to read it, Gaiman put a statement out on his website today, basically amounting to: "Nuh-huh."

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Of course.

I appreciate you saving me that step

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I read it before your warning, Dana, and I'm sickened all over again.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I don’t know how I feel about my huge collection of Gaiman-related books and collectibles. I think I’m going to hang on to everything, at least for a while, but it’s all going to be boxed away.

Same here - I have a lot of stuff. Including dolls from ita. I'm not sure when I'll be able to look at them again.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Ouch, Juliana. That’s rough.

Thrive to spite them

Atropa I thought of you when I read about Gaiman , not that I thought he hurt you , but I know what a big deal he had been and...the whole thing sucks.

If I wanted to get the kids (18 and 21, currently reading Brandon Sanderson aloud to each other) into Bujold, what’s my starting point?
