Pattern Recognition is my 2nd favorite Gibson book beside Neuromancer.
It also is the best portrayal of an online fan community that I have ever read.
I also had no idea The Parasol Protectorate series had a manga version. And Rem does the art.

Yes, this. I also tend to ignore both 1 & 5 star reviews. 2s, 3s, & 4s tend to be more genuine.

I've been spammed by a response to one of my reviews. Which was odd as I almost never review and, when I do, it's just cryptic notes intended for my own use.
I mostly use Goodreads to keep track of my (long) wish list.
