Literary Buffistas 3: Don't Parse the Blurb, Dear.

There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I can recommend Swordheart and the two Paladin books by Kingfisher. Also the Clockwork Boys and its associated sequel/prequel (which I'm drawing a blank on the title).

not your mom's socks.

Cashmere, I am the same about Cayce and Molly Millions (I want her to have her own book) and also the entire crew from The Peripheral.

Molly Millions

I think she had a substantial role in Mona Lisa Overdrive but it has been so long since I read that, I don't remember the details.

I think that actually made me just go ahead and read everything by T Kingfisher was The Seventh Bride. No duds, IMO

I read her horror novel, The Twisted Ones ... which totally creeped me out. It was definitely a "do not read at night" book for me.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

She does. (I can nerd out about Gibson anytime (even though he kept calling Highway 101 "The 101" in his latest, Agency)).

Oooh! I was tempted to by Pattern Recognition when I saw it used the other day. Should I get it?

Pattern Recognition is so good! The only reason not to get it if you actually already have a copy you forgot about…
