I have no idea what that's supposed to mean, but I do admire the alliteration.
I can't decide if he's trying to be pretentious or he was drunk while writing. If I had to guess, I'd say both.
That final poem is a pretty amazing mix of ick and having no idea what he's talking about. Didn't he used to seem like a genuinely thoughtful person? Like, a person who could think, at least?
