When I checked my Amazon account there wasn't anything, but I got an email from Kobo (my first ereader) that I have a credit with them.

Literary Buffistas 3: Don't Parse the Blurb, Dear.
There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."
I spent my Amazon credit on the MP3 version of a Cure CD that has apparently vanished from my collection.
I just got a reminder to spend my credit. Jeez let me decided.
Hamilton will be waiting for me when I get home.
CD? Hamiltome? (I am still waiting to open my presents, by the way. My husband is KILLING ME.)
Okay, I now officially own the Hamiltome. Woo!
Seriously, though, I'm impressed with the paper stock used. It's *nice*.
Huh, I've bought tons of Kindle books! Where's my e-mail??
Sad high five of no credit to spend, either.
Have any of you read The Madwoman Upstairs by Catherine Lowell? It's excellent. Just surprising and smart and funny.

RIGHT?? I am trying to be so delicate with it when I read it.
I got $58.47 which was a happy surprise! I already spent a big chunk of it. But not on books though. (I already have waaaay too much to read!)
Speaking of Hamilton, I gave the CD and the Hamitome to my best friend (she lives in Hamilton, OH and hadn't heard of it!) She's an addict now.
I also gave the CD and the Hamilton Biography to my dad for father's day. I warned him that he might not like the musical, but he actually likes it! (Not loves, but he finds it interesting.)
So, yay me!
I love the "cut pages" effect on the Hamiltome. I also like the 18th century style chapter headers.
