Literary Buffistas 3: Don't Parse the Blurb, Dear.

There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."

not your mom's socks.

Sox, are you in Atlanta? You can come hang with shrift and me and our people at the con

Raq and I get in tomorrow around 10am - staying at the Westin. I have a signing on Saturday at 10:30 am at the Marriott (during the parade, I think. Someone had to do it :D) and a reading on Sunday at 10 at the Hyatt. Things may add on once I get through registration.

I have a Sunday panel at the Decatur Book Festival on Sunday at 3:45. We leave Monday morning.

Crap, I just realized I scheduled a haircut on what I think is Sox in San Diego Day. Sox? What days/times are you in San Diego so I can reschedule if necessary? Ta ever so.

San Diego event is Mysterious Galaxy 2pm on 9/19 (there's a facebook event if you want the reminder). I'll be in town for a couple of days before that.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

Rescheduled my haircut so I won't miss the event. My hair is sufficiently lacking in style that no one will ever know the difference. Have fun in GA!

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

So pleased for you, Sox! I have it on my kindle but this walking tour is kicking my ass and every night I collapse into bed, with no time for reading. Today's an early day, though, so maybe tonight...

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

It occurred to me that part of what makes the Aeslin Mice so appealing is the same as makes people love the Minions.

My hardcover is not arriving until Tue 9/8! WTF Amazon? That is not the agreement.

Actually came today, woohoo!

Since I have already read the kindle version, I'm gonna go ahead and finish the book I'm currently reading before starting this copy...

I started Updraft last night, and had a hard time putting it down! I'm really enjoying it!
