I want to say it was called Alice? On Syfy? It wasn't great, but nothing wrong with the concept.
With the White Rabbit detective agency? And the Mad Hatter as petty criminal turned Alice ally? Generally all steampunky? Can't remember the name eithrr. "White Rabbit"? Probably not.
Also there was "Tin Man" a dysopian Wizard of Oz.
