Heh. I went over to a friend's house this evening, for dinner, and started to tell her what a big geek I was, that I'd spent Saturday putting my books into Library Thing. Turns out, she already has an account!!

Of course, she doesn't have the CueCat, so I've offered to loan it, but she also doesn't have internet at home riht now either, so...

Yeah, I have a bunch more manga to add, nearly all of my comics, and I totally forgot to add my cookbooks, and now I just want to go out and buy many, many more books.

Yeah, I have several boxes of books sitting in my parents' basement, and suddenly I'm yearning to catalogue those terribly obscure history tomes I acquired in college, and all those melodramatic fantasy novels with dragons I read as a teenager.

This is EVIL I tell you.

It's 8 pm and I haven't eaten dinner because I just wanted to test it and...140 books later (many unreads *sob*)...I just took the nearby bookcases and the "stacks." And discovered I have 2 copies of two books. I suspect it is my parents' fault.

I have 2 books I couldn't find anywhere else and one that only I have so far.

I pulled out another box of college textbooks to enter before I left for work. If anything, it's forcing me to find out just what exactly is in all those boxes under my bed.
